The first chapter is standard treatments of "worship" vocabulary--fine. The second chapter I believe is problematic. It asserts a universal understanding of worship practice that I'm not sure should be held. The final section points to this problem by saying other cults may not have known Christians were religious. More work should have been done on the make-up of early Christian practice, before moving on.
