Honestly this feels like a fetishisation of sisterhood.

She fully admits that the thing she's talking about can occur between any two people who are close and then goes "but there's a special pleasure when the speakers are sisters"

No Deborah you're just weird

I like that not a single one of the conventions Deborah transcribe between sisters feels natural

I mean I personally wouldn't admit to having such piss poor reading comprehension but maybe I'm special

And now she's citing fiction again.

I hate this woman

Jesus fucking Christ all of these people need to go to therapy

Again, five conversations split one conversation a piece between 10 people is not anywhere near enough conversations or people to draw any kind of broad conclusion.

It's anecdotal at best.

I feel like I'm going insane!!!

Oh Gd

Deborah you are NOT equipped to address glass children without being wildly ableist

I actually do not think it is strange that a girl went to the same school as her disabled sister. The fact that this wasn't always the case is bad.

Again, she is describing an extremely unhealthy and abnormal relationship to have with your siblings and pretending it's healthy and normal just because it's common

And also gendering it for some reason

Again, if you feel upset every time someone else gets complimented you should go to therapy instead of assuming that's a universal experience
