I’m not really sure what’s happening and also I’m tired of Yelena being dragged and taken into dark rooms at the end of literally every chapter.

I don’t think I love the writing style of this book. I can’t tell if I am bored or entertained

There’s a certain type of sentence structure that, while perfectly valid, is overused by amateur writers. It’s fine; everyone starts somewhere. But it becomes like a repeated beat in my mind, and it’s extremely frustrating. I’m pushing through though because I’m intrigued by the premise.

It’s kinda funny when they banter but they literally don’t do it enough cuz the author barely has them in the same room for more than 2 seconds 💀💀💀 How the hell could this be love at this point in time
