Francie got caught in the nugents house and got sent to military school. He writes Joe back and forth. He wants to do better but still battles his thoughts. Feels.

Francie I think wanted to kill Phillip in the chicken coup but Joe stopped him. He said he’ll forever be his best friend but not if he does that sort of shit. Francis waits for the nugents to leave and he sneaks In their house and feats sand fcks around living out delusions. Poor Francie..

Francie runs away because his dad and Alo get into an argument. Can’t say I blame him.. he walks all the way to Dublin. The singing in the church reminds him of home. He buys his mom. Gift. Some tree thing engraved. All to find out when he comes home his mom killed herself … fml so sad. Now he’s back talking to the nugent boy. Poor Francie.

So Alo (Francis mom’s brother) comes into town for a visit. He’s a big shot moved to London with 10 guys under him. The town praises him. We still don’t like the nugents either.
