Fabulous book, with so many clever tips and hints on couture sewing. I will most likely return to re-read parts of it, when working on a project. Highly recommended to anyone seriously into sewing, with plenty of really helpful illustrations and step-by-step how-to’s. NOT for the beginner, for sure, but a plethora of guidance for anyone wanting to take their craft that extra step further.

Interesting so far. Has techniques to enhance the polish and edges of more fancy fabrics (like chiffon) and techniques for stability such as preventing rolling in waistbands.
