Very interesting so far

While nothing is wrong with the writing per se, little has been done so far to actually answer the question so far. The closest we've come is an examination of Europe's relationship with Turkey and Russia, and how these two countries are estranged for different reasons and to different extents, but not really anything I wasn't already familiar with - Russian aggression was underestimated long before 2022...yes, and?

It's a good book on neoliberalism so far, but it hasn't come closer to answering its core question.

Okay so far, not many new arguments or ideas.
