I tried, but this series is just not for me. I know there's only one more book, but I just don't care enough to pick it up. Ugh and the whole mate thing just seemed to come a bit out of nowhere. I mean, I'm not surprised about them being mates as it IS a shifter romance, but it's the way it was just thrown out there by Bob, as if KR needed to drop that before the last book. So yeah, I'mma stop here.

So I'm supposed to believe that Mel, a "seasoned" thief, would show Luke her home? I know they need a safe house for what they're about to do, but her actual home address? That seems.. unlikely. I mean, you'd think she wouldn't want anyone but those she trusts to be able to track her down. Basically this book hasn't managed to convince me to read the 3rd one yet.
