My (hopefully) non spoiler rant: The heroine just had a TSTL moment. If your life is in danger (at least until a certain time), why oh why do you demand to immediately visit places where your safety is not secured?

Moving right along. So nice (and odd) to know the exact locations of some of the scenes.

Thoroughly amusing. "This is Detroit. I know enough people to make you disappear for good." Yep.

Ok so I know I just started this book......but I really think this whole instant chemistry or lust or whatever the main characters have going on might be a bit much. In the words of the late great Tupac "tease me, I don't want it if it's that easy"

“I heard you the first six times, Sinead. Don’t eat anything the queen doesn’t like. Don’t speak unless spoken to, don’t dance, don’t laugh, don’t play with matches or run with scissors. I get it, already.” “Fine!” The elven woman’s mouth pinched shut and she glared down her nose at Meagan. “My lady.” Love this quote and it's such a good example of the humor in the book.

Okay, silly part. Basically I'm hurt and you just beat some people up but lets screw. silly silly meaghan and ric. I will say though that I think the relationship between the queen and ric is something more than he's saying, I'm not sure what it is though.

The chemistry that is between ric and Megan is crazy. I love it. I also love that even though there is tons of sex there are piles of story to tell. Great read.

I really love the sex scenes in this. Its jump on and f?!k me till I can't handle it and I love that.
