i’m going to push myself through this for the overall plot so i can continue the series but i HATE the setup. and the reviews hating on the FMC, who was horrifically abused as a child and then witnessed an incredibly traumatic event, are absolutely ridiculous. thankfully most of them are on the older side but sheesh.

These romances keep sucking me into the non romance plots. Like damn I’m invested in the murder mystery now
