Дуже крута книга. Багато практичних порад як тримати себе в нормальному стані, така терапевтична. Багато чого з того, що я вже давно -давно роблю, але ця книга легалізувала для мене багато чого. Це нормально бути егоїстичною, ми і тільки ми є самі у себе.
