Status Updates From The Phantom of the Opera

Okay shit is getting real... some of these characters are really annoying and they focus on problems that affect them personally instead of the bigger issues at hand. Like for example the fact that there's a man haunting the opera and their lead singer just got abducted and nobody knows where she is. Instead you wanna blame your friend for taking your 20,000 francs. Like nobody give a gaf.

It’s wild that Andrew Lloyd Webber made this story LESS camp.

The entirety of this narration is unintentionally humorous and the characters are vivid unlike most classic novels.

Okay so I guess the absence of Christine's perspective was intentional in the beginning to kind of make the story more mysterious. We get a lot more of her pov later on and what has happened to her and stuff. She is such a confusing but complex character.
