starts out with some great lines, halfway is the puppet quote. The location of the characters/activities are confusing. Why is Miss Counihan in London when just before and after she seems to be in Ireland (Dublin)?
Non-dialogue is good, dense, humorous. Dialogue is hard to understand wrt following plot.
