It annoys me when fantasy books make up words for things we already have words for. Why can't you just call it coffee? We all know it's coffee, so why does it have to be called khevai?

The slow pace at which I am making my way through this book is not a reflection on how good it is: it's awesome! That's the problem; it's so good I need to read it in peace and comfort to savour it, not cram it into my brain while sandwiched between sneezing and dripping idiots on my commute.
