Brutus was amazing. His critic of slavery in his 3rd letter fully exposes the moral depravity of compromising with the founding father who profited from promoting human misery. Most of the best arguments were for the need of the bill of rights. Most of the remaining arguments came down to fearing that the federal government would be to large and that local interest would undermined by national interest.

I believe that every American should read this. Once per year I believe would be optimal. It helps to put our founding history into context. It brings to light how much of a grand experiment our country was. There were many ideas that had to be hammered out through many great thinkers. I read this along side the Anti Federalist Papers. It was interesting to compare and contrast the concerns each had.
