Flip-over book by ReSearch. I can't remember reading this but I know I read it before ...at least once. Maybe twice.
A first-person narrative by a private eye named Jacob C. Blake... a girl child runs into his office yelling "stick 'em up!" with a gun that turns out to be a water pistol. Blake recovers and threatens to spank her. She's jail-bait and they both know it.
After a few pages, Blake gets a real case.
