this is well written and i love reading about a woman who is a bad mother and kind of shitty all around but i'm increasingly put off by the fact that it's all written in form of letters to her extremely unlikeable republican husband who seems to do nothing but start arguments with his wife and jerk off into the us flag. for the first time in my life, i wish a book had less pining and yearning. keep him away from me.
