Man, so enlightening. Really puts an emphasis on how your conscious thoughts and mind feeds directly into your subconscious where those thoughts are essentially soaked up and revealed into all components of your life. The goal is to train your conscious mind to think positively through activities like prayer and affirmations, forcing your sub conscious to move in that direction.
