Mid reading note: I wish the secret of Marilyn’s son being dead was kept a secret to the reader. While it wasn’t explicitly said yet in the book, it was included in the description on the book. Keeping it a complete secret to the reader would have added a bit more suspense to the plot, and room for the reader to inquire
