First 3 chapters are all about God and putting your faith in him…. 4th chapter about patience was good.

"A leader faithful to his team will see a team fulfilled in their jobs."
Lot of examples are contrived. Malden Mills may not be good example here, clearly it filed for bankruptcy twice and was sold at a loss. Since the author is a pastor I see a lot of Christian clichés which made the chapter dull. Zero points if this is really the key to maximum productivity.

Lot of examples are contrived. I wanted to know more about the factory example on how it worked out? Since the author is a pastor I see a lot of Christian clichés which were really not needed.

What a great book. The other mixes everyday situations with scripture and Gods love. How much we need to remember God in our daily lives.
