Welllll the book lacks emontional depth to be honest this whole family is weird and in my opinion reflects the writers trauma. In the most nicest way 😐

I’ve gotten to the point where I’m kind of debating if I wanted to want to finish the book because it’s basically just rambling about her family life, which is completely boring to me and I’m sorry but but it’s the truth about her grandmother doing make up in the bathroom, her lazy brother who literally just has girls calling into his phone all day like the only part where I’m interested is when will.

Yes yes and YES the slow burn is really slow burning because WOW I’m definitely hooked Anna is sooo weird like who do you think you are huh and will AND HIS DIMPLES AHHH I low-key don’t see him as like a bad guy when he talks to Kate then I remember he’s super known and has a great chest, has dimples, make out sessions before class AND almost dated every popular girl I guess idk I don’t see will n Kate dating

I remembered why I loved this book so much in high school 🥹😭

Needed a break from all the vampires and I haven’t read this book in a while. Let’s see if it’s just as good as I remember or if I just really liked the yearning
