I don’t particularly like Leon in this, but I don’t like him as a character in the games either; he’s definitely bearable in the book! I already know I’m gonna love Ada, I already ADORE Claire’s characterization in these books. Sarcastic queen

I got in the zone and did more than 100 pages. The story is just so enthralling and fast pace. Even with all the character shifts, the story flows. This hellish night is coming to a close, this novelization is dope. Especially that Ada gets fleshed out just a tiny bit with her inner thoughts. SD Perry is awesome! Learning from interviews that she would play the game PAUSE and write stuff down. PURE COMMITMENT!

Getting all the team ups! Resident Evil 2 really has a lot of drama. It’s funny how quick paced it is and I’m wanting to stay in the police station longer. Video games are a different medium. There’s no need for all the puzzles and obstacles when the story is this grand. Lmfao 🤣 Especially with all the narrative shifts that flesh out the book.

Oh shit this starts off with Jill! I’m already loving this one too. But then again Resident Evil 2, I could confidently say is my favorite in the series. The way this is perfectly being adapted so far with a bunch of flourished details!!! I feel like a kid again LMFAO! Just wish I wasn’t getting old, I might have to take a break because of eye strain, they don’t work like they used to. 🤣👁️💉
