🫏Archaic references for a donkey, and I don’t feel comfortable calling it that with the children. 😅🤷🏼‍♀️ However, it’s easy to adapt as I’m reading. The ancient proverbs are worth sitting for; each story maybe takes 30 seconds to a minute to read.

As an adult, I am very much enjoying these fables. Like I am regaining a lost piece of childlike understanding.
