I’ve raced through the rest of this book.

Compressed Breath (interesting!), “Attack” (yes!) and focus (good).

Lots of great gems of Wisdom here. Too bad he did t go into greater depth.

A lot of the maxima in this book make sense to me because of my teacher Cornelius Reid. He recommended this book to his students. If Reid has not been able to put these teachings into practice I’m not sure I would be able to understand them at all. Nor would I be able to distinguish which ones don’t actually work. Maybe Reid didn’t manage to parse those?

So many things make so much sense to me. And they are elegantly and succinctly expressed.

Except for the stuff about breathing, Cornelius Reid, my teacher is so far (!) in perfect agreement with Lamperti.
