Initial read through: Good cookbook, I might have a little trouble if I wasn't already so familiar with authentic Chinese ingredients. Beginners might have to study those bits longer. There are quite a few recipes that look worth trying, and best of all she can speak with a authenticity which is surprisingly rare in Chinese cookbooks. Finding authentic recipes is quite hard.
