Lots of awesome activities hooray! I love getting past the theoretical parts and getting into the "kill your hand" type things. Weekend art projects yay!

Similar to Pat Allen's book, the author introducing her story of rediscovering her artistic self. Very interesting to read of so many "inner critics," almost as if art therapy authors have to validate their use of art as a healing tool.
