Status Updates From The Message of the Prophets...

Part 1 was the big picture. A lot of this I more or less knew, and a lot I didn't. Don't quiz me on this one - it's a ton of info and though it's a textbook I'm not taking time to do the discussion questions and writing assignments. Coming to this book for greater context and some helpful interpretive tools, but this is one I'll be referring back to rather than remembering everything from.

Was going to wait until fall to dive into these sorts of books, but I've been doing a chronological read-through of the Bible this year and this dovetails with where I'm at in that right now (currently working my way through Isaiah).
