I borrowed the Libby version before the inter library loan arrived because I could not wait. The stories from the first two books finally meet in this third book in an unexpected way that sort of hits home for me. Miranda is having a lot of conflicting emotions about her dad and his new family.
The way I found this series is still a mystery to me, but I’m very pleased with the outcome so far.

Still bad. Miranda is annoying, but I am listening to it on audiobook so it might just be how that person talks. Alex is annoying. Also the entire book he’s trying to leave and it just seems very immature. I would rate it 2.5 stars so far.
