Sees psychiatrist after taking a bunch of pills and is going back to when his own brother killed himself with hypnosis

Was in a loop but then it stopped (a really annoying loop) and a voice always talks to him. Billy finally wanted to do something with Justin but Justin didn't want to go to the memorial

Talking about Justin now and he is always tired and finally told on this girl who had been smoking cigarettes in the bathroom because all people do is bully him. (IDK how to explain it)

He goes to school with this voice in his head and lots of people have changed since the death of his brother including his best-friend.

Starts off as a wholesome book until his brother "accidentally" shoots himself right in front of him. Crazy... His mother like forces him to take a pill but this guy learned a trick to avoid the pill even drinking something too.
