I am enjoying the audiobook version of this book and I am so glad I chose this medium. Thich Nhat Hanh has a wonderfully comforting voice. I usually cannot connect with spiritual books easily, but somehow his words are relatable and calming. He references nature so often and teaches mindfulness in a simple way all can understand. It is important to me that he is in touch with nature, or I would not connect.
