Status Updates From Two Tangled Tales

If you go in understanding the story is told in folk tale style, simple, basic, moralistic, with large emotions and difficult character growth quickly achieved and summarized, you won't be as disappointed as I was. From that pov, the first story is top notch; the second, less so, because of an unlikeable mc and uninteresting plot.
