Why is every sentence in this book so black and white?? Brainrot is not the sole alternative to a pure flow experience. It's a spectrum. The author's out-of-touch rants about the meaningless existence of "TV- and drug-addicted" modern humanity overwhelm the actual science here. And his examples are wild. Like suggesting some Nazis didn't know they were doing wrong because they were in flow states. WHAT?
