It’s taking forever to end. I’m not enjoying the last third of the book.

There was almost a steamy carriage scene but they’ll continue in the bedroom since there’s more space for what he plans to do with her.

There are quite a few historical terms used in this book, like “pussyfooting,” which means to act in a cautious manner or to move stealthily or warily.

Pussyfooting around social conventions was a bloody nuisance.

Uh-oh. Do I sense future OM drama??

His heart thundered so fast, his senses were so crammed with her scent and taste, he wasn’t sure he’d survive the night.
