This book is fantastic but so upsetting to read how Americans just did their absolute best to torture the Native Americans, even in such sadistic ways as killing the animals they ate en masse to starve them.

I guess it’s about darn time I finally read this book. What better day to begin than Indigenous Peoples Day.
