tough follow up to The Dispossessed, which I adored. a nonstop series of horrors that is predicated on a kind of abuse that is actively painful to read through & gave me nightmares. The morality (and reality) play of it all is not motivating me to slog through the harder sci fi action. I’m impatient to see where she goes with this but despite coming highly recommended I suspect this is just not the LeGuin for me
