Status Updates From Heart Search (Celta's Heart...

Laev’s story read just as well the second time around. Plus I noticed other details I didn’t register. A villain’s dialogue was cheesy. Laev’s ending needed something more heartfel and not so pat (and a bit cheesy). This book still holds it original rating from me.

🔥She closed her eyes and felt the HeatGift. It warmed her with sexy desire for Laev . . .

💘She wanted to bring his HeartGift to him as . . . proof that she loved him? As price of forgiveness? Neither of which he demanded. Both of which were self-serving. She put a hand between her breasts. Self-serving or not, this action was something she needed to do to be right with herself, and that was enough damn analysis.

💥We will go. Hunt and kill! Brazos chanted, walking across Laev's feet. T"Heather sent a fulminating glance at the cat, then switched it to Laev. Laev just grinned again, opened his arms wide for Brazos to jump into, and teleported with him.

Wish I could have a Fam of my own :) I'd be conservative & hope to get a cat with strong Flaire. . . wouldn't it be cool to have my Fam teleport me places?

Laev's story hurts my heart. Two majors mistakes in his life :( one when he was thirteen & the other at seventeen . . . & he's paying & paying . . . His Heartmate needs to be super kind to him . . . please.
