Status Updates From Silk Parachute

Well look at that, I’ve picked it up again. I’d totally forgotten I’d borrowed this book before and read the first entry. Sometimes having Goodreads history is so cool. Again I didn’t fall in love with that first essay, but I think I appreciated it this time. Now I’m in The Chalks and it’s all about a topic I have no interest (wines) and it’s full of names and jargon. And somehow the reading is good.
