I did it. I read it in less than a day and a half, day off and evening after work. It was such a quick read. I can’t believe the whole thing takes place in like a week. Chloe was so naive and dense, she was frustrating. Derek was made to be so unattractive…I didn’t remember all the bad details. A bombshell ending I did not remember. The cliffhanger ending is annoying but thankfully I own the series! Onto the next!

Rereading one of my favorite series. Remembered a few things but not a lot of the details. Been so long since I’ve read. Chloe is pretty dense and not completely likable the way she refuses to see facts and buries her head in the sand. Derek is painted so awful, not attractive in the least. She really missed the mark there..It feels a little dragged out and slow going. Ready for them to find answers.
