The thing is the thing he's talking about here is real (memory is demonstrably malleable and unreliable) it's just the studies he's citing are either unethical or insufficient to use as evidence of statistically significant trends

It’s interesting, but isn’t providing me with much practical/life changing information. Some of the content, like about the fake smiles, seemed like common sense to me. However, I am still enjoying reading it and will continue.

So far this book seems very interesting. It’s a little outdated (relative to other books I’m reading) but that doesn’t affect the quality of it.
