Strawberry-Blueberry Buckle A nice, simple dessert (just don't think about the two sticks of butter or the cup of sugar).

Halibut Wrapped in Chard with Thyme Butter Only used 1/3 stick of butter, as opposed to a full stick. Also had to bake fish longer than recipe suggested. But very tasty and elegant!

Roasted Carrots with Lemon, Feta, and Mint Very tasty and easy! Cut the feta in half (this cookbook uses too much cheese, in general).

Baked Apples with Toasted Oats and Cream Cheese Very tasty! Would recommend carmelizing the apples a little more. Not quite as good as Jamie Oliver's baked apples, but still warm and satisfying.

Asian Cabbage Rolls with Spicy Pork Very tasty! Substitutes multi-grain rice for white rice, which gives the rolls a nuttier flavor. Would recommend doubling the garlic and upping the sriracha in the sauce.

Arugula and Golden Raisin Salad with Carrot Noodles Good, but could cut the cheese in half and double the carrots.
