This is really interesting but it's important to note that the author and all the works cited authors have a suspicious lack of Japanese names. I think they're mostly American because there's definitely bashing of Britain, but surprisingly also China and a little bit Russia so far.

This book is huge. Physically I mean. It's the size of my torso. I think I could fit 2 hardcover books side by side on this book. I may not finish this but I like how it starts with explaining the timeline succinctly and including a few moments of American or European history to help give global time context.
