Status Updates From The Coldest Winter Ever

Winter is so immature and materialistic. She's down to her last few bucks but that doesn't stop her from shopping for clothes. She has shown no loyalty to anyone but her father. Not her mother and not her friends.

I don't like the author putting herself in the story. It's cringe and the way they reacted to the ladies with Aids was ignorant. They could have left that entire chapter out of the book.

I can now see that Winters behavior is learned from her mother. What mothers tells her teen daughter that she has everything a man wants while pushing her towards a man five years older than her?!

I think her mom was conditioned and groomed by the father and passed that on to her children. They speak of the father as if he's a God. Even the eight year old is already displaying the same behavior and as Winter.

Yea idk if I'll be able to finish this. I read it when I was young and loved it but now that I'm older I can't stand it! Winter is the worst! Her mother just got shot in the face and she's trying to have sex with midnight! Makes no sense 🤦🏾‍♀️
