As soon as he bought it, he immediately built another fort around it and a temple (ಕೋಟೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ) which is in KR market!!! Gotta visit when I'm back.
