Boar Hunt and secret conversation. Time to see if that has any repercussions in the final stretch of this book or if it'll get extended into the 2nd book (i'll lose my mind).

The main character being a boy and the characters teasing him that he has no idea what to do with women is funny, but did we need to waste a chapter over it?

Finally the end of the first part has been handled. Neato

Some strong dialogue here and there. Starting to think this novel is going to be exclusively traveling and stopping with nothing else going on of importance.

Finally some fucking action man

Book is really starting to drag...nothing of real note is happening, Just traveling.

I worry that If this Silk guy is a major side character and in the plot that I'll end up disliking the book. I whole chapter spent haggling...kinda a bore.

Now the journey has our inciting action. Some 70 pages in nearly...that's quite some time ngl
