Over 50 percent done and I find it rather enjoyable but it also has that same jarring boringness a nonfiction novel has. I encountered the same feeling with The ZooKeeper's Wife; which of course I hated. So far it's fine. I prefer fiction of this though.

So far it's okay but it's made me think about how extremely lonely I am and how much I want to be included in things. Today at church camp I sat in the church and watched as a large group of people banded together and sang for God and Jesus. The religion part I find a bore but the unity, the happiness of the moment was intense. Also at this moment in time, I am extremely homesick and bored.
