I'm never prepared for Diane Carey's style. Good news: she likes Sisko so EVERYONE thinks he's the coolest man alive (they're not wrong, just over the top). Bad news: she doesn't like or doesn't get Kira so Kira is a useless asshole (at least in what I've read).
