I continue my fascination with the collapse of the Ottoman Empire.

Alright, this has been in my backpack for months. I keep a book with me at all times in case I have to wait on something or someone or I'm using public transportation. Haven't done much of either recently. Now this book is my "morning read". If I read a chapter a day, I'll finish by Christmas!

This is the current book I carry around with me on bus & taxi rides, waiting room stints, and other places where I have to sit around and wait.

Here we go, volume 8 of 11. Hope to have this one done by end of summer!
