Audiobook - I’m NOT ready for this!!!

Didn’t even make it three minutes into the audio I cannot stand the narrator. Will have to try this in print rather than audio

I really wanted this to be good. All the hype around the ‘banned’ book. The darkest of dark romances but honestly, It’s simply awful! I’m not sure yet if I’ll attempt to finish this but for now it’s looking unlikely.

Devouring this book. Over 4 hours in first sitting. Highly relatable to anyone who has been in a mental health setting and struggles with feeling they belong.

Starting to fall out with this book now. The FMC is supposed to be celebrating her 30th birthday but constantly acts like a child. She’s bratty & ungrateful.

Audiobook on BookBeat - a bit twee. I think I might know where it’s going but am happy to keep going and see

Oh dear. This appears to be going sideways.
The book is slipping into condescension and just plain rudeness in parts.

The cast on this is amazing! So excited to listen! This is an amazing book!

I’ve found it hard to listen to this one.
Perhaps little & often is the way forward.

So far this is such a cosy book. The subject matter is emotive but the way it is written it feels like being drawn into a big hug

I’m on chapter 21 and David Tennant has only narrated one chapter so far. Hoping that he comes back later on.

So far the book isn’t blowing me away but I’m intrigued enough to want to keep listening

Not sure how I feel about it yet. It’s repetitive and I don’t understand why they ‘have’ to live with his parents.

Loving this audio book so far. It’s emotional and I’ve cried in places. Listening on audible and would already recommend to anyone.
