This is a fantastic book on spiritual awakening. The inner guide is our supreme teacher in all circumstance of life and beyond. This book is about accessing that inner guide in every circumstances of life. The practices are explained very nicely. I liked the book.

Life is to be experienced in totality. Try not to blame others like spouse, parents, friends, fellow beings or situations for any suffering. .. Never allow your vibe to go to a lower level. This way you will attract more and more positive circumstances in your life.
