Wow! What a way to start a book. Chapter 1 and I was already in tears. This is going to be a good one. May the hype be true 🤞🏽

I know it's early but I'm bored out of my mind. The dialogue is killing me on this one. Hoping for a turnaround here soon.

It's adorable. I enjoy the differences in their personalities as they both clash and compliment each other. Took me time to get used to the first person narration but I adjusted.

Whoa, I was not expecting this story to take the turn it did. I'm relieved I didn't come across any spoilers because the surprise to who/what Lily is was nice to find out through story and not reviews.

I've only just reached chapter 3 and I'm obsessed.

I'm scared of what may come. The relationship development with Jiro has progressed in such an organic way that it just feels real. The thought of that being ripped apart in any way has me fearful of what I may read next. This author is known to make me cry. Oh well, let's continue because this story is too beautiful to prolong any further.

I think my expectations were too high. The hype too high. It's good, just not what I thought it would be on the world building front. Still hopeful 🤞🏽
