A small portion of Chapter 3 - how the author describes jinn - as tricky as the flickering fire.

As someone who has learned basic French in apps and websites, in the first lesson, the downside is that the author doesn't elaborate on French adjectives. For instance, between "noun-adjective" and "adjective-noun". But on the good side there are practices on a certain concept. Somehow I dread to go on to the next chapter.

In Chapter 12, I have learned about not having too little sleep or too much sleep - being the ideal 8 hours per night. Also, there are some sleep disorders, such as insomnia and so on. When there is lack of sleep or no sleep, there is a likelihood of early death.

In Chapter 9, the author talks about Sigmund Freud theories of dreams. Besides that, MRI scanner is used to analyze a person's dreams. They can tell what the person has dreamed (for example a car), but they can't tell the model of the car he has dreamed (for example a Mercedes). Scientific research which is memorable for me throughout the chapter.

In Chapter 8, I have learned about the relation of sleep with physical health. Having enough sleep helps you to lose weight, having normal menstrual cycle and keeps you looking attractive. It also helps to cure a serious bout of flu. Also, it keeps you from aging fast. So many hidden benefits of sleep!
